Common Questions

How do I restore my purchase on a new device?

Open Drowze, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases." Your premium access will be restored automatically if you're signed into the same Apple ID.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone, then select Drowze to cancel. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.

Sounds aren't playing or audio cuts out

Make sure your device isn't in Silent Mode (check the side switch). If audio stops when you lock the screen, try restarting the app. Drowze uses background audio to keep playing while your screen is off.

The app won't load prices

Check your internet connection and try again. If you're in a region where the App Store has limited availability, some products may not load.
